We hope you love your Clark & Co. pieces as much as we do! But if for some reason you’re not 100% satisfied with your order, we’re happy to help.

We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of purchase for store credit, as long as the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.


⚠️ Final Sale Items

Please note the following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items 30% off or more
  • Anything marked “Final Sale”
  • Bralettes, bodysuits, and accessories
  • Seasonal graphics and preorders
  • Items ending in .99


đź’Ś How to Return

Before sending your return, please email us at Clarkandcobtq@gmail.com to let us know your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.

Once confirmed, simply:

  1. Include your Order Number (found in your confirmation email or packing slip).
  2. Add a short Reason for Return (e.g., wrong size, didn’t fit, etc.).
  3. Pack up your item securely and ship it using any carrier of your choice to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


⏳ Processing Time

Please allow 3–4 business days for your return to reach us and 7–10 business days for processing.
Once approved, your store credit will be emailed to the same address used for your purchase.

  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Items not in original condition or that don’t meet the return policy will not receive credit, and a shipping fee may be charged to send the item(s) back.
